La rémunération au mérite vient de s’installer avec la mise en place du dispositif d’intéressement collectif pour les résultats 2004.
Les agents du Trésor se sont ainsi métamorphosés en « V.R.P. de la Société D.G.C.P ».
Il s’agit d’une « prime non pérenne, collective et égale pour tous les agents en activité... »
Prime non pérenne : c’est sans nul doute la réponse apportée par le gouvernement aux multiples revendications salariales des fonctionnaires !!!
D’un montant de 140,00 euros : quelle générosité quand on sait qu’il y a quelques mois seulement, certains « cadres » de la D.G.I. se sont vus octroyer des primes de plusieurs centaines d’euros.....
??gale pour tous les agents ? Non !!! Ceux qui font ou vont faire l’objet d’une sanction disciplinaire en sont exclus : était il nécessaire en sus d’une sanction disciplinaire (peut-être justifiée) d’ajouter une sanction pécuniaire ?
??cartés également, ceux qui dans le cadre de la nouvelle notation, ont vu une évolution négative de leur note par rapport à la note de référence......Il était plus qu’évident qu’il ne fallait pas abonder dans ce système pernicieux de la réforme de la notation. A noter que dans de nombreux départements, les organisation syndicales ont été convoquées et avisées du nombre d’agents exclus de ce dispositif. En Creuse rien de tel, on peut légitimement penser qu’aucun agent n’a été concerné ! ! Ou bien faut-il faire le silence sur ce sujet ? ? ?
On peut espérer que les « notateurs de 1°degré » en prendront conscience et assumeront pleinement les conséquences de leur décision.......
En conclusion, nous allons percevoir cette prime, mais nous ne remercierons certainement pas le gouvernement qui distribue des « aumônes » à ses agents à la façon des « dames de charité » ; « aumônes » provenant d’économies réalisées entre autres par les suppressions d’effectifs.
Nous ne remercierons pas plus notre Direction Générale qui, à cette occasion a encore une fois jugé nécessaire de diviser les agents par des dispositions discriminatoires méprisables !!!!!
Bien au contraire, notre légitime colère revendicative s’en trouve un peu plus exacerbée !!
