Manifestation du 14 février à Strasbourg : un succès très important pour les salariés et pour le mouvement syndical européen
50 000 manifestants (dont des creusois)ont exprimé avec force les enjeux de solidarité d’intérêts entre salariés face au projet libéral de Directive Bolkestein. La puissante participation des syndicalistes allemands mais aussi italiens, belges, danois ..., rejoints par toutes les organisations syndicales des dix pays qui viennent d’entrer dans l’union européenne est un atout très important pour faire entendre la voix des salariés.
La CGT se félicite de la puissance de la mobilisation de ses organisations qui ont pris une part active à la mobilisation.
A l’appel des organisations syndicales, ce sont 17 000 voix qui ont porté les revendications de progrès social.
Au moment même, 3 500 manifestants se rassemblaient au Col du Perthus et 1 200 autres à Hendaye, à Angers, dans la Manche, le Loiret, l’Isère ... Des initiatives locales ont également été organisées.
La force des aspirations au progrès social doit être entendue et, comme pour le CPE en France, d’autres réponses concernant notamment les protections individuelles et collectives et l’avenir des services publics.
