Le 16 mai, agir pour les vraies solidarités
Le Premier ministre n’a toujours pas répondu aux fédérations de fonctionnaires qui lui ont demandé, le 14 avril dernier, de reconsidérer la décision du gouvernement d’imposer aux salariés un jour de travail supplémentaire le lundi 16 mai de Pentecôte.
Il maintient une mesure profondément inéquitable qui ne vise que les salariés et qui n’apporte pas de véritable solution aux besoins de financement de la prise en charge solidaire du grand âge et du handicap.
En conséquence, les fédérations signataires appellent les personnels de la Fonction publique à faire du lundi 16 mai une journée de mobilisation et d’action, sous les formes les plus diverses y compris la grève (des préavis ont été déposés), pour que s’ouvrent des négociations sur la meilleure façon d’assurer la nécessaire solidarité face à la dépendance et pour promouvoir leurs revendications en matière de pouvoir d’achat, de carrières, d’emplois, de service public.
